Return & Refund Policy

All purchases made through LocusTri Coaching (Allison Born LLC) are final.

Due to the digital nature of training plans, coaching materials, and downloadable products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once a purchase has been completed.

For scheduled services such as consultation calls or coaching sessions, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. However, life happens. I get it. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased materials, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive the product or service purchased.
