People come to endurance sport and movement from many different places. Some are curious about triathlon, others are building consistency in their training, and some simply want to move better and feel stronger. I love helping people learn, explore the sport, and better understand how their bodies move, whether that means getting started in triathlon, improving technique, or deepening a yoga practice. At LocusTri, there are different ways to work together depending on where you are in your journey.
