By accessing or using this website, purchasing a training plan, participating in coaching services, or engaging with any content provided by LocusTri Coaching, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase services.

1. Services Provided

LocusTri Coaching provides endurance coaching services including but not limited to:

  • Triathlon training plans

  • Running training plans

  • Strength, mobility, and yoga programming

  • Movement instruction

  • Form feedback

  • Educational content

  • Virtual coaching calls or consultations

Services may be delivered through downloadable documents, online platforms such as TrainingPeaks, live calls, video content, or other digital formats.

2. Not Medical Advice

LocusTri Coaching provides educational and fitness guidance only.

The information provided through training plans, coaching calls, mobility classes, or written materials is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Participants should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in endurance sports and physical training—including swimming, cycling, running, strength training, and mobility work—carries inherent risks.

By using services from LocusTri Coaching, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Physical exercise involves risk of injury or illness

  • Outdoor activities such as cycling and open water swimming involve environmental hazards

  • Training recommendations may challenge your physical limits

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities.

4. Athlete Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Listening to your body and modifying training when necessary

  • Following safety precautions during training

  • Using appropriate equipment

  • Seeking professional medical advice when needed

LocusTri Coaching cannot monitor your physical condition during training sessions and relies on your judgment regarding safe participation.

5. Eligibility

Coaching services and training plans are intended for individuals 18 years or older.

Minors are not permitted to purchase or participate in services without explicit written consent from a parent or guardian.

6. Payments and Refund Policy

All training plan purchases are final sale due to the digital nature of the product.

Coaching consultations or calls must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply depending on the service purchased.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All training plans, educational materials, videos, and written content provided by LocusTri Coaching are the intellectual property of Allison Born LLC.

Purchasing a training plan grants a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.

You may not:

  • Share training plans publicly

  • Distribute materials to others

  • Reproduce or resell any content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allison Born LLC and LocusTri Coaching shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in training programs or use of website content.

All participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allison Born LLC and LocusTri Coaching from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

LocusTri Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
